Barre is a fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs, and for flexibility training. Then it's down to the mat for core strengthening and a final stretch that will leave you feeling renewed and accomplished. Barre movements are focused on using high reps of small range movements so that you see a toned result, in a shorter amount of time.
